Payment Policy

All orders require payment in full before they can be shipped.

Cancellations

For orders that have not been processed by Centre de Verre, there is no cancellation charge.

For an order that is packed and ready to ship, there is a 15% cancellation charge.

There is a 5% cancellation charge on drop-shipped equipment orders (kilns, grinders, etc.) that we have already placed with the manufacturer but that have not yet shipped, excluding special orders. Special orders in the process of being manufactured may or may not be subject to cancellation. For drop-shipped equipment that has already been shipped, there is a 15% cancellation charge and the customer is responsible for paying any shipping charges.

International Orders

International customers ordering equipment (kilns, grinders, etc.) should contact Centre de Verre by telephone or e-mail to discuss electrical and shipping information.

Customers are responsible for knowing and paying taxes, tariffs, duties and brokerage fees on imported goods in their country.

Centre de Verre accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard or Discover, and the charge must clear before we ship anything. We may accept checks in US dollars, but the check, including shipping charges, must clear before we ship.

Some of the manufacturers carried by Centre de Verre (Jen Ken, etc.) have restrictions on which countries they will ship to, and Centre de Verre upholds these policies.

Centre de Verre uses US Postal Service air mail for boxes and envelopes, unless special shipping requirements arise. Parcels usually arrive within 10 days.

All Centre de Verre prices, store policies, and product specifications are subject to change without notice at any time.
